Why Russian?

Five continents are spoken and understood by more than 260 million people in more than 40 countries.
  • The international language for aeronautics and space engineering, one of the essential languages of gas and oil engineering; the language of world renounced literature music and dance works.
  • One of the working languages of the United Nations and UNESCO.
  • It is used widely as Lingua franca in Eastern Europe.
  • As Russia is becoming one of the most important tourism clients in the world, knowledge of Russian is essential for world tourism centers.

As a Russian Unit, our primary goal is to enable the development of language skills by reducing groups of students with different needs and thus heterogeneous levels to a homogeneous level.
We strive to:
  • To create student-centered learning opportunities
  • Prepare a functional educational environment by providing students with high-level thinking skills
  • Enriching the efficacy of the learned language by drawing attention to its bond with the language
  • To provide refined information based on non-memorizing meaningful learning
  • To activate four basic skills (listening-speaking-reading-writing) foreseen in foreign language education by taking advantage of communicative language skills.
